INSTUDIO was engaged to deliver advanced BIM services across the full scope of SEDRA’s residential planning. Our work involved the modeling and coordination of:

• 10 distinct residential prototypes

• Multiple configurations and clusters

• Repetitions across 3 large development phases

• A total of 5,207 residential units

Each prototype was meticulously modeled using BIM workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and seamless integration with construction and planning phases. Our team played a key role in enhancing design clarity and supporting efficient project delivery at scale.
