Developed by Destinations Development Company (DDC), the Horse Pilot Entertainment project is a unique and innovative destination located within the untouched natural Wadi of Al Ula.

This visionary project seeks to research and implement a sustainable method to reintroduce and integrate wild horses into the Wadi environment. The scope includes the full design and build of 10 buildings, infrastructure networks, and landscaped areas across all engineering disciplines.

BIM was implemented at high levels of detail from LOD 300 up to LOD 500, ensuring precision in execution and alignment with the project's environmental sensitivity and design excellence.
