King’s School is a modern educational facility developed by Palm Hills Developments. It consists of a basement, ground floor, and three non-typical floors. The school features classrooms, administrative offices, a sports hall, amphitheater, and swimming pool. INSTUDIO delivered a complete BIM LOD 300 model and a fully coordinated structural IFC drawing package extracted from Revit, ensuring zero clashes between all disciplines.
