This project is part of the strategic NEOM development, focusing on the construction of an Electrical Power Station – Package 2B – to supply essential utilities to Sindalah Island.

Our scope involved delivering detailed BIM models at LOD 500 for all disciplines, in full compliance with the project’s EIR and LOIN matrix.

The work included complete coordination across infrastructure and utility systems to ensure seamless integration within NEOM's futuristic vision.
