Located in the heart of Almadinah Almunawarah within the iconic King Fahad Central Park, the Madinah Entertainment Complex is a flagship destination developed by Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN).

Spanning over 84,000 square meters of built-up area, this landmark project aims to redefine leisure and entertainment in the region. Designed to blend with the cultural and natural environment of the park, the complex will feature a diverse range of attractions and facilities that cater to all age groups.

INSTUDIO was responsible for delivering high-detail BIM services across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines, at LOD 400 and LOD 500 levels, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and constructability of the design.
