Located in Riyadh, the EXIT 15, Alnahda Entertainment Complex is a major development by Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN).

The project spans over 215,000 square meters of built-up area, with approximately half of that dedicated to parking. The remaining area comprises over 70,000 square meters of entertainment zones, retail outlets, and food and beverage experiences, positioning it as a key lifestyle and leisure hub in the capital.

INSTUDIO delivered high-level BIM services at LOD 400 across the Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines, ensuring comprehensive coordination and project detailing.
