Covering over 1.2 million square meters, the project features a grand pedestrian boulevard that leads directly to Al Haram Mosque. Designed to enhance urban mobility and spiritual access, the development integrates modern infrastructure with cultural and religious significance.

INSTUDIO contributed to the project through advanced BIM Modeling, design coordination, and the production of Issued for Tender (IFT) sheets to support accurate and efficient project delivery.
