The Avenues – Riyadh is set to become the largest commercial mall in the Middle East, featuring a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 370,000 sqm.

The project includes luxury and lifestyle hotels, residential apartments, and office spaces. It also features an extensive parking facility accommodating more than 14,000 vehicles. As a major commercial landmark in Riyadh, the development combines retail, hospitality, and living spaces into a comprehensive destination.
