The New Mars Factory project is an industrial facility extension located in 6th of October City, Giza. Covering an area of 17,000 sqm, the project was delivered in accordance with the approved BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Level of Information Need (LOIN) matrix. INSTUDIO developed highly detailed LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM models for all disciplines, including infrastructure and landscape works, ensuring complete project integration and delivery.
