Located in the Ataka District of Suez Governorate, the Strategic Warehouse Project is a major development by SAMCRETE, serving as the main contractor for the Suez Warehousing Company.

The project includes full MEP systems—HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, electrical (including low current and communication systems)—alongside earthing and lightning protection.

INSTUDIO’s scope extended to site infrastructure, including roadworks, hardscape, and softscape landscaping, as well as complete architectural and structural services.
