As part of the ambitious and transformative Red Sea Project, Turtle Bay Village is envisioned as a vibrant residential and commercial hub designed to foster a high-quality, sustainable lifestyle. With an existing population of over 6,000 residents and a projected capacity of 14,000, Turtle Bay serves as a core living and working community for employees, staff, and management working across the broader Red Sea developments.
The Turtle Bay Permanent Canteens are a crucial infrastructure component supporting the daily operations and well-being of this growing community. These canteens are designed to provide efficient, hygienic, and comfortable dining spaces that meet the nutritional and social needs of the diverse workforce and residents.

Our scope of work for this project included:
Value Engineering: Optimizing design and system choices to ensure cost-efficiency and enhanced performance while maintaining quality and compliance with project goals.
Design Development: Advancing the conceptual design into detailed and coordinated plans that reflect the project's operational and aesthetic requirements.
Shop Drawings (MEP): Delivering high-quality, fully coordinated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing shop drawings to LOD 350 and LOD 400 standards, supporting accurate construction and installation.
Through our MEP services, we played a key role in shaping the infrastructure that enables the smooth functioning of Turtle Bay’s permanent food services. Our work ensures that the canteen facilities operate efficiently, sustainably, and in harmony with the Red Sea Global's broader vision of innovation and excellence in development.
